Bestilte dåpskjole, lue, kleshenger og beskyttelsesplast men glemte sløyfer. Etterbestilte disse og tok kontakt med kundesenter for å få disse sendt i samme pakke. Dette fikset de og refunderte også kostnadene for frakt på den ene pakken. Fantastisk kundeservice. Kjolen og alt tilbehøret er helt nydelig og vi gleder oss til dåpen til vårt barnebarn,

J'ai commandé la mauvaise taille pour la robe de ma petite fille et j'ai contacté le service client. Leur réponse a été très rapide et ils ont géré la situation avec professionnalisme !

La plus belle robe de baptême que j'aie jamais vue. L'idée était d'ajouter un nœud, mais la robe est si élégante et belle que ce n'était pas nécessaire. Vraiment très belle.

Jeg har fått den fineste dåpskjole. Den var imidlertid for lite, så skrev en e-post og fikk svar nesten umiddelbart, og sa at de ville sende nummeret større sammen med en returetikett. Virkelig god service.

Så nöjd med servicen och leveransen. Hittade en dopklänning jag närmast förälskade mig i, men den fanns bara i större storlek i webbshoppen. Mailade oli prik (söndag eftermiddag) och frågade om klänningen skulle komma in i rätt storlek för oss. Fick svar inom några minuter att den fanns och webbshoppen var uppdaterad så det vara bara att beställa. Snabb leverans och klänningen var precis så fin som jag trodde!
Jeg synes kjolen er så fantastisk og den er enda penere i virkeligheten enn på bildene. Tjenesten deres er så bra, og de svarer med en gang. Jeg kan anbefale alle som trenger å kjøpe dåpskjole hos dem :))

All our products are on stock and your package will be shipped from Denmark with PostNord up to 2 business days after your order.
The shipping time is approx. 3-6 business days within Europe and approx. 5-12 business days to the rest of the World.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return, or to exchange the same item for a different color, size, etc (as long as it is the same price or lower).
We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned in perfect condition. This means: clean, unworn, unwashed and have all their tags on. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Please note that, unless we have made a mistake, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

How to return or exchange
- Please email us at support@oliprik.com notifying us regarding an exchange or return. You can easily just hit reply to your order confirmation email and notify us there. If you write to us in a separate email, then please include your order number, name, address and phone.
- Pack your garment in the original box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).
- Fill out a note with your reason for returning the item, for example, ‘Too big’ and if applicable, the details of the new size or color that you would like in exchange. Include the note inside the parcel. Preferably also email us this information to support@oliprik.com.
- Take the parcel to your chosen post office or collection point and ship it to:

- Once your return has been received, processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process a refund. This is done within 14 business days and will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank's processing time and/or billing cycle - please note that we are unable to influence this.
